This role involves dynamic and impactful training responsibilities, with primary locations including Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB), AZ; Fort Huachuca, AZ; San Clemente Island, CA; Lake Roosevelt, AZ; Coronado, CA; and surrounding areas dedicated to maritime warfare training and rescue operations.

So, what will the Land Live Role Player (LRP) at Terrestris do?

The Live Role Players’ primary role is to interface with the Ground Forces Commander or Government Lead Instructor in order to provide realistic role players for each scenario.

Duties:

  • Assist in qualifying fully mission capable Pararescue Jumpers (PJ), Combat Rescue Officers (CRO), Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Specialists, and other AFSPECWAR specialists.
  • You will act as both friendly and enemy forces during the Land FMPs.
  • You may serve as medical patients dependent on each scenario.

What qualifications do you look for?

You might be the Warfighter we’re looking for if you have:

  • Prior service as infantryman or combat arms military occupational skill (MOS).
  • A basic rifle marksman certification.
  • The ability to lift and carry 200 lbs for 400 meters, non-stop.
  • The ability to ruck 6-miles carrying a 35-lb ruck within 2 hours.
  • No physical disabilities that may prohibit you from performing OPFOR or small unit tactics movements.
  • Combat deployment experience in Afghanistan or Iraq is preferred.
