So, what will the Project Manager at Terrestris do?

As the Project Manager, you will lead all efforts to provide service in support of the Public Safety Officers’ Benefits (PSOB) Program. You will oversee support services to the PSOB Office for a concentrated customer call center, case file management, customer resource assistance and associated supporting paralegal activities related to the PSOB death, disability, and educational assistance programs. You will also be responsible for managing outreach, call center and paralegal support services to the PSOB Office that relate to all PSOB death, disability, and educational (as needed) assistance applications / claims. Finally, you will ensure delivery of respectful, timely, and clear communication and customer service to survivors, injured officers, public safety agencies, and related partners.

What does a typical day look like for the Project Manager?

You will:

· Maintain and operate the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) PSOB Customer Call Center.

· Provide case file management.

· Provide customer resource assistance.

· Provide paralegal support services.

What qualifications do you look for?

You might be the person we’re looking for if you have:

· A Bachelor’s Degree.

· At least 8 years of experience in call center management.

· At least 5 years are benefits / claims call center specific experience.
